We have an opening for Sales Administrator at our Corporate office in Edgemere MD. Qualified applicants will provide administrative support for designated sales teams with logistics, sales orders, and other admin duties.
Responsibilities/Requirements
Enter POs and sales orders
Logistics coordination
Check data accuracy in orders, pricing, and invoices
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Attention to detail is critical
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Must be a quick learner and possess excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
Highly motivated with excellent organizational, multitasking, team, and customer service skills
Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to help where needed
Compensation $17 - $19 depending on experience
